General informationBy commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.You must be 18 years or older before commissioning me.I retain the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason. In this case, I will refund payment in full, or partially based on the amount of work completed.I accept SFW and NSFW commissions. I may not accept commissions featuring certain topics or themes. These may include, but are not limited to: watersports, feral, and scat.If you need to cancel your commission, let me know as soon as possible. I am willing to work with you to offer a full refund on work that has not been started, or a partial refund on work that has been started, based on progress and level of completion.If you have any questions, feel free to reach out and ask me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible

Usage RightsYou, the commissioner, may repost the commissioned piece to any platform, provided that:
      The artwork is properly credited to me
      Payment for the work has been completed paid in fullYou may not claim my work as your own creation.All commissions are for personal use only. This means that you may not use commissioned artwork to create merchandise. If you wish to sell merchandise featuring my work, please contact me first to discuss terms.You may not modify my artwork without my explicit permission. This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with another artist to animate or alter the piece.You may not use AI tools to modify, replicate, or generate derivatives of my artwork in any way.Under no circumstances may my work be sold or distributed as an NFT. Violating this rule will result in blacklisting and a DMCA takedown.

PaymentAll prices are in USD. I do not accept cryptocurrency.Payments must be made through PayPal only.I am flexible with payment timelines; however, larger commissions may require a minimum payment upon approval of the sketch.
